Under the motto "Technological Innovation is the Future," we are focused on developing state-of-the-art processing technologies and applying AI techniques that meet the demands of our time, particularly in the analysis of forging and extrusion materials.
Notably, by using convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithms, we enhance the reliability of preform designs for forged final products, significantly reducing material development time and costs in die manufacturing processes.
Oneel’s Technology Research Center takes the lead from component analysis and design, to solution heat treatment-focused process optimization, die design and manufacturing, and try-out prototyping.
By integrating our accumulated production know-how, we not only provide fast and accurate solutions tailored to customer needs, but also focus our efforts on discovering and challenging new technologies and processes that create high added value for the company.
